Whether you are planning a small party or a large event, we know you'll need support to ensure the highest level of quality. We have clients who need every detailed planned, as well as clients who simply need a space to host what they've already designed. 

WHAT DOES YOUR RENTAL FEE INCLUDE?

Our rental rates vary based on a variety of factors, including your selected date and number of guests. Our rental fee includes:

  • Five hours of exclusive use of the ballroom & both adjoining courtyard spaces
  • Round, buffet, cake & gift tables
  • Sweetheart table risers
  • Padded banquet chairs
  • Dance floor (up to 30x30)
  • Use of the Bridal Suite
  • Guest bathrooms
  • Designated smoking area
  • Audio equipment
  • Complimentary self-parking
  • On-site facility and event managers
  • Set up/Clean up

Ceremony, catering, bar, and DJ packages, as well as upgraded rentals, are available for an additional fee.

can i rent the venue oNLY?

Absolutely! We offer competitive, affordable pricing depending on the date and the amount of guests.  

i need everything except the caterer. how does that work?

You are welcome to bring in your own caterer. For the use of our space and the access to our amenities, we charge a flat outside catering fee in addition to our facility rental fee.

Do you have an in-house catereR?

We do, and they are incredible! With a wide-range of scrumptious menus and packages, there is no question we can find the menu for you and your budget. A complimentary tasting for two is included should you choose to use our services.

is alcohol allowed onsite?

Yes. Due to insurance and liability, we require the use of our in-house bartenders. You are, though, allowed to bring in your own alcohol, or you can choose from one of our exclusive bar packages.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP?

The Legacy Ballroom will clean the space before and after your event including: sweeping, mopping, detailing the restrooms, etc. Outside vendors are responsible for tearing down and cleaning up all equipment that was brought onsite.

Can I store items before or after the event?

Due to the nature of our facility, we are unable to store items. All items must be installed and removed the day of your event. 

Is The Legacy Ballroom wheelchair accessible?

Yes.


EVENT COORDINATION

Do I need to hire an event planner or coordinator?

Planning an event is far more complicated than meets the eye, however, some clients find that process enjoyable and necessary. Others find it overwhelming, and we recommend hiring an event planner to ensure your event is exactly what you want. Should you choose not to have a licensed planner as part of your contract, at The Legacy Ballroom, we provide an Event Manager for the day of your event. Our Event Manager oversees the event, and assists with making sure you and your vendors are well taken care of. We also provide a Facilities Manager to offer general assistance and oversee the building and our staff. These managers are not responsible for coordinating or running your event.

What HAPPENS PRIOR TO MY EVENT?

  • Our team answers your questions & concerns throughout the planning process
  • Assists in Ballroom layout and space planning
  • Coordinates site visits for your vendors
  • Arranges food tasting when applicable
  • Confirms bar package selection
  • Finalizes details regarding additional Legacy Ballroom packages
  • Facilitates your event contract
  • Conducts final walk-through with you and your vendors

When does the final walk-through occur?

The Legacy Ballroom requests a final walk-through with you and our Event Manager no less between 7-14 days before your event. During this meeting we go over all vendor and set-up information to ensure the day of your event runs smoothly. We ask that you allow for one hour at this appointment, and we will schedule it with you in advance. If you prefer, these meetings can also take place over the phone. Any remaining payments are due at this time, as well as any outside vendors liability insurance.

What HAPPENS THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

  • Facilities Manager, ensures space is unlocked and ready for access at a specified time prior to your event.
  • Event Manager, arrives onsite prior to your event and is there to ensure your vendors have the appropriate access, answers any questions you may have, and stays onsite until cleanup is complete.

VENDORS

We pride ourselves on building relationships, and there is no exception with our preferred list of vendors. Our vendors are experienced in working at The Legacy Ballroom and represent our high standards and expectations. Their services are the perfect complement to our luxury venue, and offer valuable expertise to our clients. We are flexible and accommodating to outside vendors, and will consider other vendors at your request who meet our requirements.


i have guests traveling from out of town. do you offer accommodations?

Although we are a private event venue, we have a partnership with a local hotel offering a private shuttle to and from our venue. Please let our team know if you wish to receive further details on how to make these hotel arrangements for any of your guests.
